Block, punch and kick your way to fitness with karate at the Mackay Karate Centre. Classes in the ancient martial art are held every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday under the guidance of highly trained instructors.Our Mackay dojo caters to beginners through to black belts who want to keep fit, learn self defence or train at international competition level. Aside learning how to defend yourself, karate teaches self-confidence, respect, etiquette and self-control.Head instructor, Sensei Dr. Lutie van den Berg, is a 7th Dan JKA karate coach.
