The word Lûmé conveys humanity—representative of all human-made culture, from prehistoric art to the refinement of modernity. As our namesake suggests—Lûmé celebrates the entirety of our human condition and expresses it through a culmination of global cuisine, dedicated beverage pairings and experiential dining. Lûmé opened in 2015, in a former burlesque club located on the leafy side streets of South Melbourne.
