A boutique craft beer brewery and bar: where modern industrial aesthetics are fused with artisan-formed timber features and a stylish interior design to create a fresh and cool venue, epitomising the West End vibe. Brisbane Brewing Co offers a fantastic reprieve from the urban-crush of its inner-city setting with an airy, green beer garden; and surprisingly generous bar that can accommodate large groups as well as providing private, intimate corners. Our menu is innovative and modern, with a range of menu dishes, as well as a large selection of meats, cheeses and delicacies that are ideal for grazing and the ideal accompaniment to a pint of the freshest of craft beer or glass of wine. We proudly support local musicians, with regular performances being a feature of the Brisbane Brewing Co; creating an atmosphere perfect for Friday night drinks or a Sunday sesh. Besides all these attractions, the inarguable highlight of the Brisbane Brewing Co. is being able to watch and interact with the brewing process happening right in front of you; as you sample our award-winning beers. Punters are welcome to have a tour through the method of producing an artisan ale, or even just have a chat with our head-brewer Simeon Bonetti who works onsite.
