Crochet Australia specializes in all things crochet. We aim to provide crochet information and a wide range of quality crochet books, hooks, threads yarns and crochet supplies at an affordable price, not only to Australian crocheters, but to crocheters all over the world. We also stock a range of knitting, candlewicking, tatting and hardanger books and accessories.Crochet Australia started with just Craft Moods and Paragon publications, some threads and a few hooks in early 2002 with Vicki and Ray Moodie. I then bought the business in 2014 when I decided that after 25 years of being an accountant, I needed a change. The business was then relocated to Yandina, in the Sunshine Coast, on the east coast of Australia in Queensland, just over an hour drive north of Brisbane. You are welcome to visit us, but appointments are essential so please phone first to arrange a suitable time. We are usually open for visits between 9.00am and 3.30pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. We are closed Wednesdays – but will open for scheduled group visits. Fridays - by appointment. We are open the first Saturday of each month.Would you like to learn to crochet?
