Warrina Innisfail Nursing Home

There are eighteen (18) twin accommodation rooms and four (4) single rooms in the nursing home. Single room accommodation selection is made by the nursing staff in consultation with the Director of Nursing following discussions with the family/resident and the resident’s doctor ONLY. Single room accommodation is deemed to be a need based privilege not a financial privilege.Each room has a wardrobe and is provided with a bed mattress and over-bed table privacy curtain chair and bedside locker. Warrina Innisfail supplies bed spreads and all linen.A Resident Nurse Call button is installed in each room and common areas. On pressing the button the number will register on the enunciator panel and on pagers worn by duty staff.Shared bath toilet areas have ceramic floor tiling shower recess with special accessories wash basin and toilet.
