Blue Haven Village offers the highest standards of independent living in a beautiful, relaxed environment supported by the close-knit community.The Retirement Village consists of 203 Independent Living Units, while the Residential Aged Care Facility contains 52 Nursing Home beds and 30 Hostel rooms. The Independent Living Units are acquired by way of a loan-licence agreement, with prices ranging between $102,000 (option 1)and $800,000, depending upon size and view. Unit designs range between single-bedroom units, to large three-bedroom units with two bathrooms. Blue Haven Village has been in operation since 1979, and is fully owned by Kiama Municipal Council.
