Carinity Aged Care John Cani

Carinity Aged Care John Cani, located at Mount Morgan, is a small and friendly aged care centre, with a real ‘home away from home' appeal.

Offering 25 placements for low, high and respite care, residents are assured of personalised service from caring staff.

Our residential aged care centre is situated in the centre of Mount Morgan, which is a historic former gold-mining town and agricultural centre, approximately 38 kilometres south of Rockhampton.

The purpose built single storey centre consists of three homely accommodation wings interconnected by covered walkways. Our accommodation is all single bed ensuite rooms and the individual wings have their own cosy lounge area, dining room and outside covered patio.

Residents also enjoy the bright and airy community hall where regular group activities, entertainment, crafts and social events are held.

Other benefits include access to allied health services such as a visiting GP, Physiotherapist and Podiatrist, as well as chaplaincy support, church services and a library on site.

The maintained gardens are dotted with flower beds and mature vegetation and boast lovely views from the site's elevated position.

Emergency call systems are installed in all the bedrooms, offering peace of mind to residents, while a shopping centre is conveniently located 450 metres from our aged care centre.
