Our dietitian and chefs work with individuals, personal trainers, doctors and health care workers to designs the perfect meal plan that is both tasty and nutritious. Pick up or delivery to Gympie area, we offer easy ordering options that allow you to order one meal or enough for the week. Cash, credit card, EFTPOS and bank deposit available. The Calorie Controlled Meals – for people on weight loss programs or specific gym programs. 2. General Lifestyle Choices for those in a hurry or who need help making healthier choices. We Specialise in Delicious Meals for F45, Gympie City Gym, Doctors / Nutritionists Meal Plans. Alternatively, you can book an appointment with our Head Chef and nutritionist to customize a meal plan based around your specific dietary requirements. Meals available 6 days a week, Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Saturday 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. All orders must be in by 11 am for delivery or pick up that day. Our popular Healthy Options Take Home Meals to start at only $8.99 to $35 Large Family Size. We cater for everyone from people just time deprived to the elderly, custom meals for weight loss, or people with health restrictions. While we are in the process of moving our cafe and restaurant from IGA Shopping Centre to Mary Street, we are using our commercial kitchen to prepare all the meals. You can pick up your meals from our Southside address at present until we move, or arrange to have them delivered. The cost will depend on where you live, local area delivery is between $5, seniors discount available. We can give you a cost for delivery to your location if you give us a call. Our dietitian can work with you to design a meal plan based on your needs and requirements, or you can simply order straight from the menu.
